Processing Time
Each set is handmade with care. Processing time depends on current stock status (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- In stock: Ships within 1–3 business days after order placed.
- Made to order (when sold out): Handmade in 5–7 business days, then ships.
The current status is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation email.
International delivery typically takes 7–12 days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery: 10–18 days (in stock) or 12–21 days (made to order).
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, carrier issues, severe weather, or peak season volume.
Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Free worldwide shipping applies automatically when you purchase 2 or more sets in a single order. Orders of 1 set are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once production begins, address changes are not accepted. If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, reshipment cost is borne by the buyer.
Lost Packages
We can assist with carrier investigation for suspected lost packages. Risk transfers to buyer once carrier marks "delivered." We are not liable for packages shown as delivered.
Damaged Items
Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence, per our Return & Refund Policy.
